Practice
This course has one exercise, and it cannot be done alone: assemble a small practice circle by the rules of lesson five.
- Find three to seven people willing to meet regularly.
- Agree on the calendar in advance — the plan sets the topic, not the facilitator's mood.
- After practicing together, the floor goes around the circle: each person can say what came up and be heard without evaluation or unasked-for advice.
- Rotate who leads from meeting to meeting.
- Say the exit rule out loud: you may leave quietly and return without explanations.
There are no reports here and no diaries going into a void. The only measure is living people nearby. If the circle has not come together yet — that is not failure, just not yet.
